(1) For the purpose of inspection and supervision of commercial banks and financial institutions licensed by the bank, the committee will create and implement international level inspection and supervision regulations. (2) The bank may inspect and supervise any office of commercial banks and financial institutions at any time. In the office related to such inspection and supervision, an officer of the bank or an expert designated by the bank may be assigned or detailed information and information may be submitted to the bank itself. Information, details required for computer audit and programs created by other electronic means, details and financial control system or any other document required by such officer, expert or bank within the time specified by such officer, expert or bank related to the duty to provide, view or examine Commercial banks and financial institutions or directors, officers or employees of such commercial banks and financial institutions. (4) According to this section, the inspection and supervision officer or the bank shall carry out any work deemed necessary while inspecting and supervising any directors, officers or employees of commercial banks or financial institutions. (5) The bank or the inspection and supervision officer may give necessary instructions to the commercial bank or financial institution regarding the matters deemed necessary during the inspection and supervision. In this way, it will be the duty of the concerned commercial banks and financial institutions to comply with the instructions given by the bank or the inspection and supervision officer. The inspection and supervision officer shall inform the bank of the instructions given in this way as soon as possible. (6) According to this section, the inspection and supervision officer or the expert shall submit the inspection and supervision report to the governor within the specified period. (7) According to sub-section (6)The completed report shall be submitted to the next meeting of the committee. (8) Based on the report submitted in accordance with sub-section (7), the committee may make necessary decisions and give necessary instructions to the governor about the steps to be taken in this regard. The governor will be responsible for complying with such instructions.
